Next Regular Board of Directors Meeting:

The next Regular Board meeting is on Monday, July 27, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the County of Ventura, Hall of Administration Building.

 The agenda along with a Zoom link will be made available here prior to the meeting.

 A 45-day public comment period has opened for the DRAFT Groundwater Sustainability Plan Periodic Evaluation now through August 7, 2026. The document is available for review by clicking HERE.

Summer Newsletter, June 2026

The first period evaluation of the Mound Basin Groundwater Sustainability Plan must be submitted to the State of California Department of Water Resources by November 2026, and your input is critical for ensuring the plan reflects local values.

Your active participation is highly encouraged. A public workshop is being held during the next Board of Directors meeting on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
